Summary of Job Functions:The Company Nurse/Records and Management Specialist is responsible for providing medical assistance and administering health programs within the organization. Additionally, the role entails managing and maintaining records efficiently. This position will primarily allocate 80% of time to records and management tasks, while 20% of the time will be dedicated to company nursing duties.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Percentage Allocation:1. Records and Management Specialist (80%):
Accurate maintenance and organization of employee records.
Timely updating of all monitoring.
Implementation of efficient record-keeping systems.
Compliance with regulatory requirements regarding health records.
Orientation of Company policies and procedures every Friday.
Accommodating of intro from Company Merchandisers every Tuesday and Wednesday.2.
Company Nurse (20%):
Provision of first aid and basic medical care to employees.
Conducting health assessments and screenings.
Collaborating with external healthcare providers as necessary.
Organizing health and wellness programs and initiatives.
Maintaining medical supplies and equipment.
