Responsibilities: The Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator is responsible for developing, processing, managing, following up and tracking all customers as it pertains to parts, service and sales departments within the dealership.

* Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention * Utilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.

* Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.

Qualifications: * Ability to type efficiently.

* Basic & phone computer skills.

The CA base hourly range for this full-time position is $18.07 - $23.00 and is a draw against individually earned commission and performance incentives.

The position is also eligible for bi-weekly commission + benefits.

Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum hourly range for new hire rates for the position across CA locations.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
