Help Desk Support

Job/Skill requirement:

Approximately 3-5 years of experiencing the IT field, preferably in a help desk environment.

A+ and/or Network+ certifications or the equivalent experience

AWS Cloud Practitioner certification preferred but not required

Prior experience assisting a cloud migration preferred but not required

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, MSOffice Products, etc.
