Buffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative Trainee to join our fast-growing team! This position includes a 5 day training period with our Inside Sales Manager, and a 90 Day Probationary Period. If the target of 120 contracts in 90 days is met you will become an Inside Sales Representative with a pay increase of 50% ($30/hr). Only apply if you have the required one year of outbound hunting experience.

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. has been in business since 2005. We are a growing company that collects and recycles used cooking oil. With over 18 years in business, we collect and process used cooking oil for the production of Biodiesel, a carbon reducing alternative fuel to Hydrocarbons. We operate in 15 States with service to over 22,000 locations and growing. Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is subject to and complies with the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act.

Responsibilities

Close 120 sales in 90 days

Deliver talking points that describe our service to purchase used cooking oil from restaurants and convert to customers

Make 200+ outbound calls a day

Reach quota of average connected call time of 4 hours or more in an 8 hour shift

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals

Qualifications

1 year experience in B2B outbound phone sales

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Familiarity with CRM and MS Office programs

Good customer service skills

Excellent communication skills

Good team player

Good negotiation skills

Hard working and drug free

This is an onsite role. Our offices are located at 17 Court Street, Buffalo, NY.

Salary: Starting pay is $20/hr base pay with a potential pay increase to $30/hr after 90 days.
