Technical Program Manager

This role is a temp to perm technical program manager role. The role will support the development and implementation of Robotics scan-less Technology, which leverages computer vision to reduce costs in the Fulfillment Network.

This role will support multiple science and software teams in:

Driving a product from tech readiness to scalable and maintainable (logistics, test plans, customer interface, bug triage, process hardening) Executing scan-less technology product implementation in customer use cases (requirement writing, project planning, software team execution)

Strong technical program management functional skills:

Project planning and execution

Agile scrum experience or certification a must

Network engineering experience

Support for R&D planning and customer implementation

Cross-functional program execution

Cross-functional communication

Finalize the closing out of new products validated in the field

3+ years of technical product or program management experience

2+ years of software development experience

2+ years of network engineering experience

3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, and quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules

Nice to have:

Domain experience (vision systems, machine learning, optical hardware, hardware)

Product experience (understanding customer needs to translate them to engineering deliverables)

Engineering or similar background
