Roger’s Gardens is seeking an exceptionally talented Photographer & Social Media Coordinator to enhance our Marketing team's initiatives. Job Functions:

As a Photographer & Social Media Coordinator, you will:

- Craft and maintain the visual narrative of Roger's Gardens through photography, ensuring consistency and high-quality across social media, email campaigns, signage, advertising, and digital ads.

- Implement and monitor our robust social media strategy, using compelling imagery as a key driver of engagement and brand promotion.

- Produce and analyze weekly/monthly analytics and metrics reports.

- Create and manage a content calendar with a heavy focus on photographic content.

- Engage and grow our community through interactive and visually appealing social media posts and responding to followers.

- Collaborate with marketing and buying teams to highlight featured products and promotions visually.

- Network with influencers and trend setters.

- Develop social media initiatives.

-Utilize marketing tools like Canva and Latergram.

- Lead the charge in photo retouching, color correction, and ensuring all visual content is on-brand and reflective of the RG lifestyle.

- Prepare print-ready artwork and perform in-house print production.

- Handle multiple photography and design projects, meeting all deadlines with excellence.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Proven expertise in lifestyle and product photography with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong eye for aesthetic and brand-aligned imagery.

- 2-4 years of combined experience in social media management and professional photography.

- Proficiency in social media platforms (IG, FB, YouTube, Pinterest) Adobe

- Proficiency in Creative Suite Applications CS6 (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey the RG brand voice.

- Strong design, composition, typography, and color skills.

- Competence in managing a diverse range of marketing and photography tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.

- Highly personable and able to work with diverse teams and customers.

Education and Experience:

- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Photography, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
