TransPerfect Connect is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to focus on all phases of growth for our BPO service lines.

The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while identifying, pursuing and closing business. The individual should have experience in consultative sales of BPO solutions with an emphasis on BPO or OPI selling.

TransPerfect’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) program can be customized to fit your call volume and language requirements, eliminating the cost of hiring additional staff. From first-level support for non-English speaking customers to automatically routing calls to your in-house interpreters (using TransPerfect agents as failover resources), we have a solution to fit your call center staffing needs.

In some instances, your human resources department may need quick access to specific talent; in others, they may not have the language skills necessary to select and assess the best candidate. TransPerfect has the ability to help staff any position, ranging from Customer Service Representatives all the way to VP of Call Center Operations.

Description:

Develop prospective clients through several strategies including internet sourcing, trade show lists, referrals, yellow pages, various professional directories and personal investigation

Source and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other means (tradeshows, regional organizations, etc.)

Cultivate and maintain long term relationships with clients by delivering elite client service and engaging them by using knowledge of each industry and organization

Formulate sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Generate daily outreach efforts to prospective clients

Build a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process

Develop project budgets and create proposals

Instill confidence among clients with your personal credibility and experience and the company’s footprint in the BPO space.

Establish customer relationships that enable TP Connect to be viewed as a trusted advisor.

Understand and articulate TransPerfect’s full line of business offerings, capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages, and identify and refer opportunities within each of these areas to specialist sales and client service teams to close

Set and manage client expectations while consulting with each client for best practices

Manage and control pricing and contractual issues

Travel (including multiple annual conferences, client meetings) - domestic and/or international

Required Skills:

At least 7-10 years of sales experience in BPO solutions

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Proven sales life cycle experience - lead generation through business closing

Proven track record in achieving sales target

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Effective time management
