Overview: Market Research is part of the Voice of Collector (VoC) team at AIR MILES.

The VoC team is made up of individuals from various backgrounds including Market Research, UX design, and UX research.

The VoC team is a group of associates that are passionate about customer experiences, are invested in understanding human behaviour, and are dedicated to delivering a best-in-class reward program to Collectors and our business Partners.

As part of the Market Research team you will support the Market Research Senior Analyst and Senior Manager execute in-house quantitative Market Research.

You will be responsible for quantitative survey sampling, testing and launching surveys, monitoring fieldwork, creating and checking data tables, populating reports and managing tracking studies.

Responsibilities: You will work with teammates to execute research that will be used to amplifying the customers voice within the organization.

The research you execute will directly inform and support data-driven strategic decision making.

You will have the opportunity to develop new and better ways of working so your time can be spent focusing on producing meaningful and actionable insights.

Qualifications 1-2 years of quantitative supplier side Market Research experience (either operations or client service). Research project management experience, with the ability to execute Market Research projects from start to finish Understanding of Market Research (questionnaire design, sampling, weighting etc.) Certificate/Degree in Market Research, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Consumer Behaviour, or related field.

Experience with Qualtrics or related surveying software (generating data tables, setting up basic reporting, applying weights) Desire to work smarter not harder, and open to new ways of working Pragmatic, efficient, pro-active, open to feedback, process oriented, curious, supportive teammate
