Dismantle, assemble and repair all units and products including Openmatics received under the company’s repair orders with instruction & supervision from Superior or Service Manager
Answering technical questions from end user and also business partner
Providing technical field services support to end user and also business partner
Inspect & clean all dismantled parts of products carefully and thoroughly to provide precise result of parts assessment
Assisting workshop supervisor to purchase workshop consumables and wastage management
Responsible for general workshop duties e.g. administrative work in our in-house “Navision” system, compiling of Service Bulletin, and keep cleanliness of workshop facilities, the equipment & tools
Support and comply with the company's Maintenance Management System
Manage spare parts purchase (co-ordinate with purchasing dept.) for workshop requirement if necessary
Control and maintain property safety, security and cleanness in the workshop and workshop peripheral areas
Maintain workshop facilities, tooling, special tools, machines, vehicles, etc. in good and appropriate order and report to the Superior/Service Manager any defects or irregularities. Monitor machine and equipment in safe and reliable working conditions
Assist in workshop equipment maintenance, repairs or replacement of materials and report to the Service Manager on any demand required
Assist the Service Manager on any necessary and required field service / inspection job at customers’ sites. May require emergency maintenance duties.
Have to work in a team environment
Has the willingness to learn and broaden the mechanical knowledge within the automotive work
