Job Responsibilities
Assist internal and external customers with billing issues and questions
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; working with other teams to resolve problems on customer accounts; following up to ensure resolution
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Keep records of customer interactions
Collect payments and set up payment plans
Assist with training new employees
Schedule
40 hours per week
Monday through Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm & Friday 9:00am-3:00pm
Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office per week
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
