Job Description

What You Will Do

· Support managers operating the car wash sites and supervising tasks of crewmembers.

· Greet and engage customers by delivering the highest level of customer service.

· Demonstrate knowledge of each of the wash packages and promotions.

· Explain and recommend Loyalty and Rewards membership programs to retail customers.

· Safely utilize car wash equipment and chemicals.

· Guide customers to safely enter or exit the car wash tunnel and while operating equipment.

· Skillfully vacuum cars upon entry, clear away trash, and prep vehicles for the tunnel experience.

· Dry, polish, and detail vehicles for both interior and exterior spaces.

· In some full-service locations, crew members may drive customer vehicles to and from the tunnel.

· Cleaning tasks such as taking out garbage, sweeping the lot, and general upkeep of the grounds, facilities, and equipment.

· Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures.

· Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

· A team player that creates joy for each customer experience.

· Previous retail, team leadership, or car wash experience.

· Ability to display excellent customer service skills and professionalism.

· Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, and operate in a fast-moving environment with or without accommodation.

· Flexible availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

· Able to work in an outdoor climate during seasonal weather conditions.

· Minimum of 16 years of age.

· Able to pass a contingent background screening.

Schedule Estimate:

8-hour daily shift

Weekly overtime hours during peak season

Day shift

Evening shift
