As a Regional Field Manager in the Inland Empire, you will play a vital role in acquiring and retaining healthcare professionals. This entails efficiently promoting our services, cultivating strong relationships, and guiding a team within the designated territory.

Role Scope
Manage a team of Community Engagement Representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure performance targets are met
Utilize extensive provider experience and a well-established network within the Inland Empire healthcare sector, applying proven success in driving sales and nurturing provider relationships
Identify and engage with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospitals, and key decision-makers to promote Tangelo’s services
Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals to increase awareness and utilization of Tangelos offerings
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals emphasizing the unique features and benefits of our products
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated on industry trends
Provide market insights and feedback to the management team to inform strategic decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support to ensure excellent customer service and seamless product launches
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information
Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights using CRM software
Generate sales reports and provide regular updates to the sales leader regarding sales performance and progress towards targets
Requirements
4+ years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of successful provider engagement
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, marketing or a related field
Must reside in San Bernardino or Riverside county
Bilingual English/Spanish language skills preferred
Strong knowledge of Medi-Cal benefits and healthcare terminology
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
