Paved is the leading platform for email newsletter sponsorships, connecting top brands like Uber, DropBox, and Gartner to highly engaged audiences. The platform allows advertisers to sponsor thousands of newsletters, including NBC, Business Insider, and TechCrunch at scale.

We are looking for our next Manager, Advertiser Success, to join our fast-paced Sales team, made up of entrepreneurial people who are passionate about career growth, collaboration, and our customers.

Responsibilities:

Independently managing your book of business, nurturing, retaining, and growing accounts.

Writing and optimizing cold outreach efforts to build pipeline - excellent written and verbal communication is a must.

Lead generation and prospecting new clientele.

Troubleshooting client communication, prioritizing, and problem-solving.

Working cross-functionally with our Marketing, Product, and Publisher teams.

Requirements

4 years minimum experience in media sales and/or client-facing roles within an agency.

Proven ability to write successful cold outreach emails at scale.

Proven track record of managing a business portfolio worth $50k+.

Experience building pipelines, prospecting, nurturing, and close relationships.

Demonstrated expertise in client communications, prioritizing, and problem-solving.

Is result-driven, has a growth mindset, collaborative working style, and is comfortable with little day-to-day supervision.

Fluent in English.

Experience working at a fast-paced startup is preferred

Proficiency in Hubspot, Google Sheets, Asana, and Slack.
