Currently, we are searching for a Flooring Sales Representative in the Columbus area with experience in commercial and residential flooring sales. Our client is a relationship focused flooring and countertop company with multiple locations throughout the Midwest and Southeast. Day 1, you will receive a solid book of established accounts along with a strong territory with opportunity to grow both their B2B and B2C business!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and grow business with local existing accounts. You will have great account managers on your team to help manage your accounts so you can focus on the main thing: SALES!

Use WARM leads to meet with new customers and close sales.

Measure and quote carpet and hard surface flooring jobs with small business, residential, and hospitality projects.

Understand and communicate knowledge of flooring products (carpet, LVP, hardwood, and commercial sheet vinyl) and the flooring installation process to clients/customers.

Provide exceptional customer service to all clients in a friendly and professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years experience in commercial and residential flooring sales

2+ years experience developing new business / building a territory

Strong knowledge of carpet, LVP, hardwood, commercial sheet vinyls, custom showers, hospitality market, food industry, etc.

B2B and B2C sales experience (preferred)

COMPENSATION

On-Target Earnings = $60,000-$80,000

Base = $40,000-$45,000
