Sales Account Representative
I am seeking a dynamic insurance professional for the office of Kevin Kleier - State Farm Agent who is interested in helping our business grow through value based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities
· Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
· Working internet leads/call-ins/walk-ins
· Effectively network within the community to market insurance and financial service products.
· Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
· Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
· Running insurance and financial product appointments (IFRs)
· Helping out with service and answering phones when needed-asking for referrals and pivoting to other products
Office Hours
8:30AM-5:30PM Monday-Thursday
8:30AM-5:00PM Friday
*** Agent Will be flexible if 40 hours are worked!
As an Agent Team Member, you will receiveā¦
Salary $30,000 plus monthly commissions & $150 monthly benefit allowance
Monthly/Quarterly Promotion & Bonus Opportunities.
Total projected pay of 41,409.20 if minimum monthly goals are obtained

Requirements
Interest in marketing Insurance products and services based on customer needs
· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
· Ability to effectively relate to a customer
· Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
· Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
· Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Personal Production Goals (Monthly)
· 20 Auto & 12 Fire Applications
· $100 monthly Life Premium (3 applications)
· $50 monthly Health premium (2 Applications)
Daily Expectations
· 75 Outbound Phone Calls
· 6 quotes daily
