Company Overview:

We are a leading Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panel system fabricator and installer in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. We have over 15 years’ experience specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of ACM building envelope systems and are continuing to expand into multiple other types of architectural finishes and cladding systems.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee ACM panel and other architectural cladding material installations. As a Superintendent, you will lead installation teams and coordinate resources to ensure project success. Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise all aspects of projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.

Coordinate with project managers, designers, and fabricators to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.

Act as primary on-site supervisor and point of contact, managing construction teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure adherence to Harper-Clayton quality standards and project specifications.

Perform field measurements to ensure quality of as-built structures and substrates to ensure accuracy of final product.

Assist with on-site fabrication and installation as-needed.

Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to address any concerns or modifications, ensuring alignment with project requirements and expectations.

Assist project managers with monitoring project progress, quality, and budget, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and daily progress reports.

Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings to enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

5+ years previous work experience in commercial construction field management in architectural sheet metal i.e. ACM, metal roofing, metal wall panels and/or glazing.

Proven track record of directly managing multiple crews of field personnel.

Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, specifications, and industry standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

OSHA 30-Hour Certification (preferred).

The expected base salary range for this position is $75,000-$100,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
