Hybrid Case Manager

Job Description

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the business. This includes handling new client intake, requests for information, file organization, etc. You will assist in completing company and client paperwork. You will also be recognized as a business representative and will be attending client meetings, so knowing our business and services inside and out is expected. As the Case Manager, you will also be tasked with maintaining and building professional relationships with clients and other teams, as their first and main point of contact.Company Description

GB&C provides compassionate legal and citizenship consulting and immigration legal counsel including technical support to individuals, groups, businesses, and other community service providers. This includes DEI workshops, trainings, and speaking engagements. By bringing these stakeholders together, we are able to better shift the norms and established practices within citizenship in the United States and therefore, immigration law.

1.\tWe provide worldwide legal services related to immigration law in the United States.

2.\tWe offer educational workshops on how to best support adults and children with various citizenship statuses within a variety of community settings (ie. work, school, etc.).

3.\tWe facilitate workplace training and racial healing circles to help reach company goals by maximizing the workforce potential. This is accomplished by providing training education on various topics related to inclusion with the goal to improve work environments, reduce customer risk, and create new opportunities for employees.

Our services address the intersectionality of workplace, community, and citizenship. Ultimately, we seek to develop a project solution for the client and worker, so that together we can shape a more equitable and healthy society.
