Several Compensation optional available based on position.

Potential Earnings: $60,000.00 + per year

NORTEM America Corp., also known as NORTwood/nortWALL Products specializes in Sales/Distribution of high-grade Architectural Façade Material, WPC Cladding, WPC Louver Privacy Screening, UPVC Cladding, and our NEW line of Aluminum Cladding products.

We are looking for individual(s) to Join our dynamic team as an In-House Sales/Outside Sales Representative. As key player(s) in our sales force, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and promoting our exquisite range of products.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Residential, Retail, Construction, Interior Design, and Architectural sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Contractors, and other key decision-makers in the industry.

Provide product knowledge and expertise to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific project requirements.

Conduct on-site visits and presentations to showcase our premium products.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, design or building materials industry.

Familiarity with Cladding, Siding, and Construction Industry products is highly advantageous.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
