We are seeking an Office Assistance to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Job duties will be taking on overflow for 3 separate businesses
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound overflow telephone calls
make out bound calls/ cold call customers
manage all social media platforms
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
previous experience in hvac, cleaning or roofing/ construction duties
