Job Title: Crime Prevention Administrative Assistant Location: Standoff, AB Pay Rate: $20.00/hour.

Crime Prevention Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, courteous, and professional presence of the Crime Prevention Program offices located within the Blood Tribe Police Service.

The position support the Crime Prevention Coordinator in all aspect of program planning, implementation and follow up.

Well developed interpersonal skills, sound judgement and a professional demeanour are essential for this position.

The ability to manage conflict effectively is also essential.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following Blood Tribe Police Service Values: Ainnakowa (Respect)- The ability to maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders and the public in stressful situations.

Iiyika’kimat (Perseverance) -The ability to organize, set priorities, analyze, and resolve situations.

The ability to maintain confidentiality.

Experience and/or Education Requirements • Valid Class 5 drivers license with acceptable drivers abstract.

• Complete Grade 12 or equivalent.

• Ability to pass and maintain security clearance.
