Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking Vehicle Electro-Mechanical Technicians to work with a top research company in Columbus, Ohio. This is a highly reputable company that works in partnerships with the military, medical, and energy fields. They are looking for dedicated workers to carry out their goals.

Primary Function: Conducts advanced diagnostic analysis of products using schematics, diagrams, and system knowledge.

Other Duties:

Conceives and prototypes electrical and/or mechanical devices including armor, switch panels, wire harnesses, suspensions, or lights.

Works on assembly of products to meet defined schedule.

Monitors needs and metrics of assigned areas and recommends and implements improvements.

Monitors schedules and conducts tasks to maintain the program.

Recommends allocation of resources to meet requirements.

Lead role in training entry-level staff.

Provides guidance and leadership to less senior staff.
