Medical Billing Manager - Hilliard, OH Location

Are you an experienced Billing Manager looking to take the next step in your career? An exciting opportunity has arisen with an Acloché client in Hilliard who is seeking a talented individual to join their team!
Position: Billing Manager
Shift : 1st shift hours 8 am to 430pm
Pay: $25.00 based on experience
Position Summary:
Review & correct any processes for claims/hospital on a daily basis
Summary Primary Responsibilities:
Work all claim denials
Answer all billing phone calls/questions
Pre-certify procedures, surgeries, etc.
Set up OB Prepay plans.
Discuss with patients account balances, set up payment plans
Prepare check-in patient worklist for next days business
Review previous day's patient worklist and address any errors with front desk staff
Manage front desk staff
Correspond with patients—visits, and insurance
Post payments
Work patient collection accounts per office protocol
Additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
HSD
Certification for Coding/Billing from accredited association
Experience with OB/GYN billing and coding
Interpersonal Skills:
Organization and Detail oriented
Flexibility to accept changes in area
Communication and Professionalism in all situations
Confidentiality is paramount
Time management ability to effectively set priorities and complete tasks
Problem solving skills to identify and effectively solve problems and to help staff members solve problems
