Aesthetic Injector Nurse

Responsibilities: Perform cosmetic injectable procedures, including neurotoxin injections (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal filler injections (e.g., Juvederm, Restylane) to address various aesthetic concerns.

Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess treatment goals, discuss available options, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and preferences.

Educate patients on treatment options, benefits, risks, and expected outcomes, ensuring informed decision-making and patient satisfaction.

Prepare treatment areas, administer injections, and provide post-treatment care and instructions to patients to optimize treatment results and minimize complications.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and before-and-after photos, in compliance with regulatory requirements and practice standards.

Stay informed of industry trends, advancements in aesthetic treatments, and best practices to enhance knowledge and skills and provide patients with the latest and most effective treatment options.

Collaborate with the medical team and support staff to ensure seamless patient care coordination, scheduling, and follow-up.

Uphold high standards of patient safety, infection control, and ethical conduct in accordance with professional standards, regulatory guidelines, and practice policies.

Provide exceptional customer service and patient support, addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) or NP license in MD/VA and in good standing Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector, performing cosmetic injectable procedures in a medical aesthetics practice or similar setting Certification in cosmetic injectables (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers) from a recognized training program or institution Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and aesthetic principles Excellent injection skills and ability to achieve natural-looking, symmetrical, and balanced results Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate and personalized care Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain accurate patient records and documentation Commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the field of medical aesthetics Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
