The Sr Talent Acquisition Lead will coordinate the sourcing, screening, assessment, recruitment, selection and onboarding process for a team of recruiters. This is done in accordance with established hiring guidelines, procedures, policies and legal standards. The position will serve as a consultant to the Talent Acquisition Manager, to identify effective and efficient recruitment strategies while attracting top talent to the organization. Manage and develop a high performing team of recruiters- actively enable them to do their best work and support their development. Position will require a high degree of critical thinking combined with exceptional oral and written skills and a high focus on developing a top performing recruiting team. Provide guidance and serve as a resource and mentor to Recruiters and TAC's. Resolve issues and barriers associate with facilitating a positive onboarding experience for new employees. Performs life cycle recruiting for a broad range of management, professional and administrative positions. Responsible to compile recruitment metrics for assigned client groups, specifically be able to design recruitment strategies around hard-to-fill roles. Performs life cycle recruiting for a broad range of management, professional and administrative positions. Use metrics to manage a team of recruiters to either meet or exceed performance metrics.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree and equivalent work experience will be considered (Required)

Minimum Work Experience

10 years' related business experience, ideally at least 5 years of recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting. Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive searches and usage of social media. ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates. Strong working knowledge of MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. (Required)

Leadership experience managing recruiters and coordinators.
