DigiHelic - PHP Developer - CodeIgniter/Zend Framework

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days only Shift Timings : US Shift (5.30 PM to 2.30 AM) Responsibilities : - Lead technical initiatives and guide the development team.

- Develop and maintain high-quality PHP applications using Core PHP and MySQL.

- Utilize expertise in PHP and its CMS/Frameworks like Joomla, Drupal, WordPress, CodeIgniter, Zend Framework, Angular JS, React.

- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and design solutions accordingly.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in PHP development.

- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Work in an agile team environment and contribute to DevOps practices.

- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Primary Skills (Mandatory) : - Minimum 7 years' experience in Core PHP - Minimum 2 Years experience as Technical Lead / Senior Developer - Excellent knowledge of working with Core PHP & MySql.

- Exp in of any PHP & its CMS or Framework like Joomla, Drupal, WordPress, CodeIgniter, Zend Framework, Angular JS, React - Excellent Leadership, Communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills - Ability to learn new technologies as required.

- Strong analytical skills able to translate business requirements into technical requirements - Strong interpersonal skills including being highly customer-focused, ability to build relationships and communicate professionally - Strong written and oral communication including strong facilitation and presentation skills.

- Able to work in an agile team and ideally have DevOps experience.
