Database Administrator - SQL Server

Critical Skills to Possess : - Very Strong Experience in SQL Server DBA activities like Backups and Restore, Granting Permissions, SQL Patch Applications, Taking care of Disk space issues, Reboot of Production Servers, Temp DB issues.

- Very Strong Experience in SQL Server Installations of all Versions - Very Strong Experience in the Installation of Visual Studio, SSMS - Good Experience in Migration and Upgradation of SQL Server from 2008R2, 2012, 2016 to latest versions of SQL Server - Good to know the vSphere client tool and the Creation of VMs and their configuration.

- Good to know MS build.

- Strong knowledge of action to be performed on Production issues on the DB level and Server Level - Good to know about installations of tools like(Attunity, WinSCP, Athena ODBC Driver, DataDirect ODBC Driver, MySQL ODBC Driver,Task Factory, PostgreSQL ODBC Driver, OpenSSL, Virtual Clone Drive) - Good Knowledge of Windows OS upgrades - Very good knowledge of Maintenance Plans.

- Good knowledge of UAT and Test process systems and their activities.

- Good to know about Security Scans - Good to have cloud data storage experience i.e.

Azure Data Factory /Google/AWS.

- Very Strong Experience with SSIS packages, SSAS SSRS and understanding the upgrades.

- Good knowledge of logical and physical Data Modelling using Deformalize/normalize Techniques.
