has an exciting opportunity for a Titleist Fitting Analyst position at the Titleist National Fitting Centre in Maple, ON.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting industry leading Titleist golf club and ball fittings using established Titleist fitting methodologies.

Particular emphasis will be placed on delivering a market leading consumer experience for golfers of all skill levels, including top Amateurs and Tour Professionals, by optimizing the performance of their golf equipment throughout the bag.

Key responsibilities include delivering industry-leading fitting advice, product knowledge and customer service to enhance golfers’ performance and increase their loyalty to our brand.

Duties include but are not limited to: Optimize golfers’ performance with Titleist golf equipment, utilizing Titleist fitting tools and Trackman launch monitor technology during scheduled consumer fitting appointments Convey factual product information and technical club fitting language in such a way that makes complex topics easy for golfers and other stakeholders to understand Direct-to-consumer order entry and order management, providing after sales support as necessary Maintain the fitting appointment schedule, fitting data collection and the physical appearance of the Titleist National Fitting Centre The qualified candidate will possess a post-secondary education or equivalent, however, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Additional qualifications include a minimum of two years’ club fitting experience, exceptional interpersonal, organization and time management skills, plus a superior technical knowledge of golf equipment.

The qualified candidate will be comfortable using technology such as Trackman and mobile applications.

They will also be extremely reliable and dependable with a high attention to detail, which is required.

PGA of Canada Professionals with Titleist Performance Institute accreditations preferred.

Physical Requirements/Environmental Factors: Able to work during peak demand times as scheduled, including evenings and weekends Able to lift golf bags and other equipment (~40 lbs) multiple times/day Able to stand for extended periods of time (5-8 hours per day) year-round Acushnet Canada Inc.
