ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide support to the Investment Counsellor team to assist in the managing of administrative aspects of client relationships; Oversee all operations activities in support of investment counsellor’s ability to deliver a fantastic client experience Ensure all transaction processing follows internal procedures and are complete, accurate and timely Work with internal partners to assist in maintaining the complete technology stack, taking ownership and understanding of all tools and their various functions Work with internal partners, as GPI operations lead, and assist in implement new technology solutions to improve efficiency throughout the organization Lead the ongoing support, supervision, training and development opportunities for GPI team members, offering guidance and informing best practices to build comfort with processes and tools With other business units, collaborate and leverage the practices, procedures and tools existing at GCG Oversee an annual review to ensure the maintenance and documentation of standard operating procedures, job aids, and workflow diagrams Conduct periodic documented reviews and assessments of third-party vendors’ performance as it relates to daily operations; Manage relationships with external vendors and technology providers Ensure complete, accurate and timely delivery of management reports to key stakeholders In conjunction with other business units, establish KPIs and KRIs which you will track and manage GPI productivity and risk Interface with the key GCG partners including IT, PMO, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing JOB REQUIREMENTS: College or University degree – preferred major in business 5 years financial services operations, wealth management; 10 years leadership experience Project management experience (and/or designation); working on collaborative multi-year complex projects.

Demonstrated positive client centric leadership in leading client service, administration and operations teams Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strategic thinker and ability to drive mindset change to our competitive advantage Technology platforms including back office systems, Salesforce, Revport, Charles River and more.
