Job Description

The Operations department within the COO Business Unit is the heart of our company, taking on a variety of coordination tasks with internal stakeholders. This dynamic team offers a variety of tasks and thus a challenging field of activity with excellent career prospects in the banking sector.

After a comprehensive induction phase, you will take on the following responsibilities in our team:

You will be in control, carrying out tasks and process steps independently.

You will be an important part of our success by working on projects and project-like tasks - for example in the reporting area.

You are a crucial part of the change process by working on and supporting the introduction of new processes.

You optimize our processes by clarifying questions about process management measures, forms and measures with various contacts in the company.

You are the key to solutions by tackling challenges and finding solutions together with other teams.

Requirements

Completed commercial education with several years of - + experience and/or completed studies

Ability for conceptual development and practical implementation of solutions

Experience in banking and third party/contract management is a plus

Excellent written and oral German and English skills
