The Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova has requested the support of a Peace Corps Response Volunteer (PCRV) to serve as an Internal Management Process Improvement Advisor. One of the Ministry's priorities is building the capacity of local staff to effectively carry over tasks and assignments in a productive and friendly environment. This can be achieved by elaborating and improving internal management and organizational policies in the Youth Policies department. The areas identified in need of support are organizational management, effective communication, risk analysis, employee performance policy, and code of conduct.
The PCRV will collaborate with the Chief of the Youth Policies Department and other staff on assessing efficiency of the current internal policies using diverse organizational development tools and identifying potential areas for improvement of the current organizational management policies and procedures. The PCRV will also participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions for innovative ideas and best practices to develop wide range of internal management improvements.
Candidates selected for this position will be arriving in Moldova together as a group. While the whole group's departure dates could change, dates cannot be changed for individual candidates.
