Accountant – Accounting Operations, downtown Columbus, Ohio

What you’ll do

In this role, you will be responsible for general accounting duties related to processing, payment and reconciliation of OPERS payments, including member, retiree, vendor, and tax obligations. This position is also responsible for performing traditional accounting duties, including journal entries and account reconciliations as part of the month end close. You will also prepare daily cash balance reports and calculate daily cash flow requirements and correspondence.

What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge is a must
