Responsibilities:

Demonstrate and promote CKE Cultural Values to build a high-performing team

Support the Performance Management process to ensure employee success

Resolve customer issues and train employees in customer service standards

Coach and hold the team accountable for operational procedures

Ensure food safety standards are met during shifts

Implement restaurant-level plans and marketing initiatives

Execute cash/security, inventory, labor, and food control procedures

Qualifications:

Minimum 18 years of age

High School Diploma or GED preferred with 2+ years of restaurant experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office software

Flexible schedule including weekends and nights

Strong teamwork, customer focus, accountability, and communication skills

Adaptable to changing conditions and priorities

Analytical, organized, and process improvement-oriented
