The Opportunity:

We seek an experienced and highly organized Landscape Construction Project Manager to join a leading residential landscape construction company in the Burlington, VT area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to manage stunning, high-value landscape projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring project alignment with their vision and addressing all questions and concerns professionally.

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including accurate estimates, detailed schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

On-Site Management: Oversee day-to-day execution of landscape construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.

Team Leadership: Guide and supervise project teams, facilitating clear communication, conflict resolution, and a positive work environment.

Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide regular budget updates to stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve project challenges proactively, minimizing potential delays and ensuring project success.

Administrative Duties: Prepare project documentation, progress reports, change orders, and other relevant paperwork with attention to detail.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in landscape construction project management for residential properties.

Expertise in project planning software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend).

Strong understanding of landscape construction techniques, materials, and best practices.

Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Desired Qualifications:

Degree or certification in horticulture, landscape architecture, construction management, or related field.

Familiarity with landscape design elements and principles.

Experience managing projects in the $50k to $500k value range.

Compensation and Benefits
