As our new Junior Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Daily management of incoming invoices, advance payments preparation, employees expense reports.

Monthly management of accounting supporting documentation - fuel sheets, act of representation expenses.

Monthly billing process management - control the preparation and sending invoices to clients processes.

Daily review and management of clients’ funds balances, refund transactions and support on clients’ requests.

Constant control of debtors - preparation of reminders due to overdue invoices.

Additional ad hoc tasks as assigned.

What you need to be successful:

Experience in this or similar position is a great advantage.

Great command of MS Office suite.

Ability to demonstrate great sense of responsibility, precision and attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-state environment.

Willingness to learn and be flexible and support wider finance team work or priorities as needed.

University Degree in Banking, Finance or Accounting is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of the Lithuanian language (speaking and writing) AND fluency in English is a must.
