As we continue to grow our team and expand our client base, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Creative Director & Operating Officer to join us in this exciting journey.

Responsibilities: As the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing ATA's operations, ensuring the seamless execution of client fundraising programs, and driving organizational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Managing All Account Executives, Production, and Creative Staff: Oversee the performance and development of all team members, ensuring alignment with ATA's goals and objectives.

Overseeing Daily Functions of Client Fundraising Programs: Coordinate and manage all aspects of client fundraising programs, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Monitoring Client Program Profitability: Analyze and report on client program profitability, identify trends, and provide recommendations to executive staff for optimization.

Managing Vendor Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, seeking opportunities to reduce costs and increase profitability.

Overseeing Digital Program Development: Lead and manage the digital program development efforts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.

Driving Operational Efficiencies: Identify and implement new operational efficiencies across the agency to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Managing Staffing Needs: Work closely with the internal recruiter and HR department to address staffing needs, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Overseeing Special Projects: Manage all aspects of 20% projects with account teams, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Managing Contract Renewals: Oversee the renewal process for new and existing contracts, collaborating with the President of Corporate Affairs as needed.

Producing RFP Responses: Lead the production of all agency RFP responses, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

Ensuring Client Setup and Relationship Management: Ensure timely and proper setup of new clients and manage the process for ending client relationships as needed.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within a marketing or advertising agency.

Extensive experience managing client fundraising programs and digital marketing initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiencies and optimize processes.

Experience managing a diverse team and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Deep understanding of the conservative movement and its key stakeholders preferred.Benefits:
