Working Fertilizer Manager

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the fertilizing team

Plan and schedule daily tasks to ensure efficient use of resources

Provide guidance and training to team members on fertilizing techniques

Collaborate with clients to understand their lawn care needs

Manage budgets and expenses

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in lawn care management or a related field

Strong knowledge of fertilization techniques and practices

Ability to supervise and motivate a team of technicians

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
