TENDER TITLE: PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTARY FILM AND MAGAZINES

TENDER NO: 11/RE/2023-2024

Ripple Effect formerly known as Send a Cow Rwanda invites qualified companies with proven experience in production of documentary films and magazines as specified in detail in the tender document.

Terms of Reference in English may be obtained from Ripple Effect office, KG2 AV4 Kimihurura-Kigali, from 18/04/2024 between 9.00 am and 4:00 pm from Monday to Thursday and from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm on Fridays upon presentation of proof of payment of RWF 10,000 to Account No opened at ECOBANK in the name of Ripple Effect.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies one of which is the original must reach at the address mentioned above not later than 29th April 2024 at 10:30 am. Late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the Ripple Effect conference room on 29th April,2024 at 11:00 am.
