Salary Range: 95k to 120k with bonus potential

We're currently seeking a Process Engineer for a leading global manufacturer servicing food, beverage, and packaging industries, located in the Grottoes, Virginia area. You will play a vital role in working on capital expenditure projects, doing the troubleshooting, installations, commissioning, and ensuring the machines are running at the best efficiency for cost reduction.

This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at a global manufacturer with over 50 manufacturing facilities in the US.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or a related degree.

3+ years of experience as a process engineer, manufacturing engineer, or related roles around continuous improvement.

Ideally, within a plastic manufacturer, if not in a manufacturer, where you've done installations, and troubleshooting of production equipment.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in real-time.

Experience with extrusion machines, blow molding, or blow film machines is a PLUS!

Lean or Six Sigma Certification is a PLUS!

Responsibilities:

Maintaining quality standards, improving department profitability, and driving process efficiency.

Developing process methods and controls, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment, managing capital projects, and leading new equipment trials.
