Job Description

ASSISTANT MANAGER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be available to work 2-9PM Shifts & Some Weekends

Manages and develops employees that work as a team and are loyal to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe© brand standards.

Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty.

Presents a consistent, professional image of the cafe and crew by maintaining all sanitation and appearance standards.

Communicates and stays updated on all marketing and promotional materials. Executes marketing and sales programs, following appropriate guidelines.

Builds café sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and initiating local store marketing campaigns

Assists Manager with scheduling

Assists Manager with inventory management

Monitors and adjust labor as needed

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience required.

Experience training and developing employees.

Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service.

Must have a proven track record of managing labor.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Servsafe Certification preferred.Company Description
