This position requires experience working with Provider Enrollment (Payer Credentialing) projects. Applications without this specific experience will not be considered. This is a fully remote work position.

nCred is a national company providing credentialing services to the healthcare industry. We are currently seeking to fill a full-time position in our Provider Enrollment department. Our provider enrollment department works with client physicians and other non-physician providers to coordinate the process of credentialing and contracting with insurance companies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee all payer credentialing matters for assigned clients

Be responsible to your assigned clients for any needs related to payor credentialing for their practitioners

Preparation of credentialing applications, letters, rosters and other communication with insurance networks

Inbound telephone call handling to answer questions from clients, insurance companies, and other healthcare organizations

Outbound calls to insurance carriers to verify credentialing application progress and to expedite the credentialing process

Data entry and document maintenance of physician/provider information

Documenting interactions with insurance networks and clients in the nCred software platform

Coordinate work assignments among enrollment team assigned to the region

Maintain relationships with insurance network contacts as well as clients

Essential Skills, Experience and Education:

2+ years in provider enrollment / payer credentialing required with a solid understanding of the credentialing and contracting process.

Experience working remotely with private in-home office space

Ideal candidate must be highly self-motivated with proven work history record

Requires a high level of accuracy in all work

Requires someone capable of working independently to achieve production goals

Excellent computer skills required. nCred utilizes Google business applications (docs, sheets, Gmail, etc), Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce.com, and various other applications

Knowledge of Google Meet and Vonage softphone application helpful

Excellent telephone communication skills to interact with insurance companies, clients, staff, and prospects

This remote position is only available for candidates residing in one of the following states: TN, GA. Qualified candidates will be required to meet the following basic requirements along with other remote worker requirements to be discussed during interviews:

Have a dedicated workspace in your home that allows for privacy behind a closed door

Ideally your interview should be conducted from the workspace you will work from daily

Have adequate high speed internet

Adequate desk and workspace for the computer with dual monitors provided by nCred
