Sr Project Engineers

Job Description

Summary: Seeking Senior Project Engineers with experience in leading avionics projects, to coordinate and drive the development of avionics software and systems.

Job Requirements:

US Citizenship

Ability to work 100% onsite

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency with avionics development standards such as ARP4754A, DO-160, DO-178C, DO-254, DO-330

Experience in using Jira for work tracking and project management

Capability to create and manage documents and presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint

Job Responsibilities:

Lead quarterly technical and programmatic interchange meetings to define project scope and deliverables

Schedule and organize quarterly interchange meetings for specific programs

Develop and publish meeting agendas and guide discussions during meetings

Document and follow up on meeting outcomes and action items

Prepare detailed labor, material, and schedule estimates for project development tasks

Create comprehensive program planning documents, including integrated master plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and hardware utilization lists

Conduct software and systems scrum meetings to manage and track engineering tasks

Monitor project progress and address deviations in bi-weekly management meetings

Generate and distribute project metrics and planning data to stakeholders

Pay Details: $58.00 to $78.00 per hour
