Finance Associate

Growing real estate client is seeking a Financial Associate for a newly created opening due to growth. Highly visible role working closely with the Director of Finance.

Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Forecasting

Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in financial data and report insight-backed findings to various levels of management, including the C-Suite

Develop forecasting tools to automate financial data analysis

Experience:

Degree in Accounting or Finance

2-4 years of FP&A

CPA or CFA preferred

Real Estate or Workday preferred

Compensation:

Target compensation: up to $90K plus 10% bonus
