Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business immigration law, with a focus on various visa categories including L-1A/B, E-1/E-2, H-1B, and PERM. The successful candidate will possess excellent client management skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of business immigration matters, including but not limited to L-1A/B, E-1/E-2, H-1B, and PERM cases.

Provide strategic guidance and legal advice to clients on immigration matters.

Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.

Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration law and policy.

Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and internal team members.

Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the bar in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing business immigration law.

Demonstrated expertise in L-1A/B, E-1/E-2, H-1B, and PERM visa categories.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
