Restaurant Manager

Firestone Grill Room, Martini Bar, and Skybar ise expanding our team! We are looking for a qualified individual to be an integral part of the Restaurant and Skybar. Time management, organization and communication is essential as well as nightclub and VIP service experience. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and will maintain a professional demeanor while adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of restaurant and nightclub management experience required

General understanding of operations in both front and back of house

Supervise work at all levels and set clear goals / objectives

Ability to operate Point of Sale system (Aloha)

Computer proficient with the ability to learn other programs

Inspect facilities for safety compliance and maintenance needs

Communicate with vendors and other service providers as a brand ambassador

Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure

Coach and develop team members to ensure the best hospitality service

Maximize profit and revenue

Food & beverage inventory, ordering and cost of goods management
