Position Summary: The Service Regulator Production Associate will be responsible for all production activities involved in building and testing 143 and 496 regulators for shipment. Occasionally Service Regulator Production Associates may be asked to build sub-assemblies. In addition to product assembly, Service Regulator Production Associates will also participate in order changeover efforts and keep their work area organized and tidy. Finally, it is expected that Service Regulator Production Associates will punctually attend to their workstation at required times and work diligently to achieve production goals. Shift hours: 6am- 2:30pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; In addition, other duties may be assigned.

· Full-Assemblies:

o Building 143 Regulators

o Building 496 Regulators

Education/Experience:

· Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:

· Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Mathematical Ability:

· Fundamental knowledge of math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Reasoning Ability:

· Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables. Ability to distinguish between cause and effect when troubleshooting testing failures

Computer Skills

· Basic Knowledge of Microsoft, Windows and mouse operations

Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

· The employee may occasionally be exposed to vibration.

· The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

· Eye Protection is required around compressed air operations.

· Protective footwear is required in designated areas.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands or fingers. The employee is frequently required to stand for several hours and reach with hands and arms. Employees should be able to understand verbal communication in English and respond to verbal communications. The employee may be required to walk, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Vision requirements for this position include close, distance, and color vision.

$21.20/ hour plus bonuses
