Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales member to join our team! Experience in cutting tools and MRO products is preferred. You will help in assisting the sales team process quotes and orders and offer technical support to customers.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in day to day needs and requests

Process orders and quotes for customers

Assist outside sales department in quoting customers

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

Familiarity with CRM platforms

Ability to build rapport with clients

Industrial sales or background helpful
