General Manager/Franchise Partner

Job Description

A well known QSR group is looking for a Franchise Partner to join their organization. This is a mid-large sized group, that's very established in the QSR space and offers a dynamic and rewarding career.

Specifically seeking entrepreneurial operators.

What we seek?

Proven growth in the hospitality industry

Experience in the QSR space (preferred)

A minimum of 4-5 years experience in a leadership role, managing teams

General Manager level experience is a must

Experience in increasing sales, profits, and the bottom line

The ability to build a vibrant and thriving culture

An outstanding ability to coach and mentor a team

A passion for the restaurant industry

Highly motivated and energetic "operators"
