Head of HR (BPO)
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinaries
Coordinate performance management and appraisal systems
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Lead and manage a team of HR professionals
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role
Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Desired Experience:
5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a BPO industry
Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
Experience in managing recruitment and performance appraisal processes
