Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and strategic Finance Manager with a CPA license to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the banking industry or extensive experience managing bank clients. This role is crucial for driving our financial planning, managing financial risks, and ensuring the overall financial health of our organization. You will play a key role in supporting our mission to transform financial interactions in the Philippines through innovative and user-centric financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, particularly in the banking industry.

Develop and implement strategies for minimizing financial risk.

Collaborate with senior management to align financial management with short and long-term financial planning and projections.

Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and stakeholders.

Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.

Lead, manage, and develop the finance team to achieve excellence in financial management practices.

Requirements:

This role required candidate to work at Cavite City, Philippines.

CPA license is required.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management roles, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the banking industry or managing bank clients.

In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices in the banking industry.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership abilities and a team player.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
