Top General Contractor needs a Commercial a Seasoned SPM to be the next Project Executive- West Palm Beach

Responsibilities:

Advising teams from development through closeout on all topics related to field execution, including but not limited to site utilization, scheduling/phasing, trade contractor management, etc.

Create and oversee reporting requirements and accountability metrics for job site safety and quality across the Business(es) / Division.

Development of site services utilization for all projects in the Business Division in coordination with the Business(es) / Division Core Team and Enterprise site services team.

Coordinate with upper management related to staffing/resource management for field roles.

Support the success of superintending and self-perform site services staff through recruiting, training, mentoring/coaching, career development, and related activities.

Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management or Engineering

10+ years in the lead role on projects valued at $50 million or larger

Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Procore knowledge
